The dimensions of the Tramontina Gourmet Prima 13.5" Roasting Pan (Item#80203/03DS) are 15.25" x 11.188" x 4.063" (including the handles), and the dimensions of the pan itself are 13.5" x 11.25" x 2.375".

Pan was used once and had discolored patches , rainbow like colored streaks through it which couldn’t be removed ( tried several times using various products ) . Had heat on 450 for 1/2 hr then 300 for 2 hours. Obviously it’s functional but thought the “new” look of the pan would last a bit longer than once use.

The size is great for whole chickens or beef roasts. It is sturdy, but not too heavy. It is easy to clean, even in the dishwasher. The rack is strong enough and easy to remove from the pan. It's made in Brazil. It still looks new after lots of use.

We were very disappointed that the roasting pan did not come with the nut crusted lamb shanks with root vegetables. Other than that, it performs wonderfully. Love the fact that it goes into the dishwasher!
