Made in Japan. Ideal for designers, dressmakers, sample rooms, and alteration departments. Procut electric scissors are a precision made direct drive device with a powerful motor and ball bearing cam. It has two speed selections controlled by a 6 volt transformer, allowing the operator to work on a wide range of fabrics. Weighing only 14 ounces and only 7??" long, the Procut fits comfortably in the hand. Shipped with two extra sets of blades. The in-line 6 Volt transformer prevents electrical shock in case scissors cut through power cord. Top blade can be reversed for additional use before replacement. Plug into 115 volt, 50/60 Hz power source. Comes with power cord, and 6V in-line transformer. Uses DC motor and 6 volt transformer for safety (in case you accidentally cut the power cord. Never needs sharpening unless cutting metallics.
