This cover was woven and finished from 100% high temperature aramid. It was developed to withstand the heat of permantent crease presses. Aramid is used to make fire fighters', race car drivers' and astronauts' protective clothing. This long lasting cover has fantastic life-span (up to 50 times that of ordinary covers). Withstands temperatures up to 700?? F. Retains great strength at 450?? operating temperature during prolonged usage. Excellent chemical resistance. Gives superior quality of finish. Will not scorch or burn. Hand washable in warm water. Fits all standard 54" (137cm) ironing boards. Drawstring bound aramid. Packaged in 9 1/2" x 13" poly bag.
